High-fives: Forest Heights is close to everything! Hop in your car and you’re 5 minutes from downtown, Whyte Avenue and the River Valley! We also like the infill activity that’s happening there and the investment opportunities.

Hang-ups: There’s not a lot a walkability here. Like we said, Forest Heights is close to everything, if you have a car.
