How well is the property maintained? How well were the renovations done? What does the house smell like? It’s when you actually go out and see properties that you start to really understand what you’re looking at and looking for. It’s also when we get to really know your tastes better. 
• Write an offer and negotiate: Now here is where the real work starts and where our thousands of hours of experience come in handy. We help you determine what a fair price is and negotiate like crazy to get you what you want and need. 
• Due diligence: This is the part where people can get lost in the details. Where do I take the deposit? Who should I use to inspect my home? The inspector found issues with the roof? Do not worry at all! We will guide you through everything and take care of the details so that you don’t go insane.
• Concierge services: We can’t even list all the details we look after here. We make 1000 tasks seem like nothing because you don’t have to do them!
