High-fives: There are soooo many things to love about being in Oliver. The Downtown Farmer’s Market, the amazing independent restaurants and coffee shops (ask us for our favourites) and the walkability! It’s also the densest neighbourhood in Edmonton. So if you love to be part of the hustle and bustle, Oliver is for you!

Hang-ups: If you want a detached, single family home with a yard and parking, you will wait forever. Oliver is for condo living! If you own more than one vehicle, you can definitely find a condo unit with two parking stalls, but they come at a premium.
