Elizabeth’s authenticity is what first attracted me to her. She got my attention when she asked for my phone number, and then didn’t enter it in her phone. She’s the kind of person that remembers phone numbers by heart, she’s genuine and I love that.
Elizabeth helped us find our second home. Being relatively new to Edmonton we didn’t know where we wanted to live, we didn’t know exactly how much we wanted to spend. My husband and I had different visions for the house (3 yr flip, 5 year home or more?). None of that phased her. She told us we’d find the perfect thing and in the first week of shopping she found us the perfect fit!
As if working through our undefined list wasn’t hard enough we then came across the most bizarre and abnormal issues in the time between the offer and conditions date. Elizabeth navigated it all like the true professional she is. Nothing is impossible with her on your team! She has a can-do attitude and literally does not sleep until the answer is found.
